My Story
I am a personal trainer/yoga teacher on a mission to help you build your most balanced, vibrant, and healthy self.
I believe living a healthy life should be straightforward and joyful, yet so much fitness and "health" advice is confusing at best and disempowering at worst. There's this message that you cannot trust your body's natural cues, and that the only way for you to achieve your health goal (weight loss, increased energy, etc) is through diets and ridiculous workout plans. Sometimes these lead to short-term results, but relying on strict rules and willpower does not lead to long-term health. And it definitely does not help you build the strongest, most vibrant version of yourself.

I know because I have been through it all. After years of following misguided health and fitness advice, I ran my body into the ground. At my lowest, I was living with adrenal fatigue, an autoimmune disorder (severe psoriasis), and body dysmorphia. I realized something had to change.

I stopped believing all the fitness advice on the internet, read scientific articles, and most importantly, began to listen to my body. This was the start of my journey to real, sustainable, health and strength.
