How I Help
My goal is for you to never again feel 'in the dark' about your fitness, believe that you need to follow a restrictive diet, or feel reliant on anything outside of yourself for your fitness again. I want you to feel more beautiful, strong, and vibrant than you ever could have imagined.

I am a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor here to assist you in your fitness and health journey. Through learning how to listen to your body, understanding how you build and hold lean muscle, and busting fitness myths, you can live in a healthy and strong body that you feel stunning in.

There is no plan, diet, or guru out there who knows more about your unique body than you do. Your body is never trying to betray you, and it knows more about what it needs to become balanced than any outside resource.
You just have to listen to the innate intelligence already inside of you.
Building a strong body for the long run
Would you rather build a strong body for life, or stay on the hamster wheel of fitness and health fads that stop working the day you stop keeping up with their program?

The biggest mistake I made in fitness was 'playing the short game.' I did short program after short diet, worked with a trainer for a few weeks then dropped off, constantly battling the feeling that I had failed when I couldn't achieve my goals. I blamed my lack of progress on my lack of discipline. I couldn't have been more wrong. I was playing the short game, investing my time and energy into approaches that led to short-term gains and short-term relapses.

Finally, I decided to play the long game. I gave myself time (one year) to not pay attention to the minor changes my body was making, and instead practice food freedom and follow a very flexible workout plan that included joyful movement, and strength training. Through this process, I obtained my personal training certification and learned that building a strong body, that I felt beautiful in, was SO MUCH SIMPLER than I could have imagined.

It really comes down to listening to your body's cues, understanding how to build strength and muscle, and discovering what approach to wellbeing works for your lifestyle.
