There's no need to know the answers to all of these questions right now, instead use them as questions to ponder and invitations to start noticing more about yourself and your body.
Some big questions:
If I deeply loved and trusted my body, how would my daily habits and choices change?
If I ate too deeply nourish my body, exactly how it wanted to be nourished, how would my eating habits change?
What would happen if I let go of all 'self-control' around food?
Guiding questions to start noticing more:
What do I feel at the very first signs of hunger? (Do you notice food around you more? feel less focused? Oftentimes a growling stomach means you have been hungry for a while)
What does fullness feel like? (When you eat, relax your stomach muscles and tune in to how the food tastes- textures, flavors, etc, and how your body feels as you eat)
In what situations do I become more likely to engage in unwanted habits?
Simpler yes/no questions:
Do I feel obligated to finish all the food in front of me regardless of how full I feel? If so- why?
Do I feel like I must wait until meal times to eat even though I'm hungry? Or do I feel like I 'shouldn't' get more food if I finish my plate and am still hungry? If so- what does ignoring my body and controlling my food achieve for me, emotionally?
